Refund policy 

   We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. 

   To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unworn, unused, with original tags, and in its original luxury packaging. You will also need to provide the receipt or proof of purchase.

   Please note that returns must be sent to the following address provided with your order.   

   Once your return is accepted, we will provide a return shipping label and clear instructions on how and where to send your package.

Damages and Issues 

   Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item. We will assess the issue and ensure it is resolved swiftly. 

Exceptions / Non-returnable Items 

Certain types of products are not eligible for return due to hygiene, safety, or functional reasons. These include, but are not limited to: 

  • Opened or used electronic devices. 

  • Items that have been activated, programmed, installed, or used in any way. 

  • Electronic accessories (e.g., chargers, cables, smart gadgets) once opened. 

  • Items missing their original packaging, manuals, or accessories. 

  • Any kitchen item that comes into direct contact with food (e.g., slicers, grinders, 

  • silicone molds, cooking utensils) if the packaging has been opened. 

  • Opened or used products that cannot be hygienically resold. 

  • Sharp items such as knives and peelers for safety reasons. 

  • Used or unsealed water bottles, shakers, or hydration gear. 

  • Fitness accessories like yoga mats, gloves, lifting straps, or resistance bands that 

  • show signs of wear or have been used. 

  • Bags or clothing that have been worn or washed. 

  • Health & Hygiene-Sensitive Products. 

  • Personalized items or custom-ordered products. 

  • Items modified per customer request. 

  • Items marked as "Final Sale" or heavily discounted. 

  • Free gifts or promotional items cannot be returned or exchanged.

Exchanges 

   To get what you want faster, return the item you have, and once the return is approved, make a separate purchase for the new item. 

European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period 

If your order is delivered to a country in the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification. 

As with our general policy, the item must be: 

  • In the same condition you received it. 

  • Unworn or unused. 

  • With original tags and packaging. 

  • Accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase. 

Refunds 

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you if your refund has been approved. If approved: 

  • You’ll be refunded via your original payment method. 

  • Refunds are processed within 10 business days. 

Please note: 

  • Your bank or credit card provider may take additional time to reflect the refund.
